Pou Hsin Culture Books Co. was established in 2000. CEO Dr. Cheng and his management team travel and live in the US for years. All are highly skilled and experienced in the fields of English Teaching, Practical Applications, Entrepreneurship, etc. After returning to Taiwan, Dr. Cheng has been promoting English Learning and Teaching, establishing fully developed English Teaching services, including Culture and Education Alliance Systems, Instructor Training, Import English Original Textbooks, Elementary and middle school English Teaching Cooperation, Cooperation with University English Education Extension Center, Undergraduates Summer Internship, University Industry-Academy Cooperation and Advanced Studies for Professors, Cambridge English Exams and Global Business English Training, etc., making the company one of the few institutions that serve all dimension English Teaching and has full and thorough services. Over the past twenty years, the company has been cooperating with local famous universities to host English exams, English instructor training, and professional English courses that are highly praised and appreciated by schools and students. Additionally, the company assists almost a hundred of public and private Kindergartens, elementary schools, middle schools, high schools and cram schools nationally with English Courses Planning and Instructor Training that are highly affirmed by the industry.

Pou Hsin Culture Books Co. is the test center of University of Cambridge English Exams in the mid-Taiwan. (Code TW024). Over the years, candidates registered for these exams are over a hundred thousand people, including Young Learners, Middle School Students, Undergraduates, Business Person, and Government Officials.

According to the government’s development of bilingual country blue print policy, Pou Hsin Culture Books Co. actively promotes daily life education, integrating resources with online live video instruction, digital learning, etc. that increase the services of culture and education bilingual environment.
